Job Summary:

Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor and solution architect during the pre-sales stage of the sales cycle. They work closely with sales teams and prospective customers to understand requirements, propose tailored ICT solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that address business needs. The role bridges the gap between client needs and technical capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis

  2. Work with sales teams to engage prospective clients and understand their business and technical needs.

  3. Conduct discovery meetings, site visits, and technical workshops to gather detailed requirements.

  4. Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with the company's offerings.

  5. Solution Design & Proposal Development

  6. Design ICT solutions involving hardware, software, networking, cloud, and security components.

  7. Prepare solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and scope of work (SoW).
  8. Develop cost estimates, bill of materials (BoM), and solution pricing.

  9. Ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and meet compliance, security, and performance standards.

  10. Presentations & Demonstrations

  11. Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demos to clients.

  12. Explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms.

  13. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) with tailored solutions.

  14. Collaboration & Support

  15. Collaborate with account managers, suppliers, presales technical engineers, and deployment team to validate solution feasibility.

  16. Support account managers and business development teams during the entire sales process.

  17. Act as the technical point of contact between the customer and internal teams.

  18. Market & Product Knowledge

  19. Stay updated on emerging ICT trends, technologies, and competitors.

  20. Maintain deep understanding of the company's product and service portfolio.
  21. Recommend product improvements based on client feedback and market demand

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
