About the role

In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and business growth. As a Sales Engineer, you will be immersed in the glass, aluminum and window industry. The main role is to educate customers about our products and capture new business opportunities that will lead into sales.

Candidates must have appropriate work rights or visa sponsorship to work in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  2. Prepare and present sales proposals, technical specifications, and commercial offers to prospective customers
  3. Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects
  4. Provide post-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
  5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the implementation of sales initiatives.

What we're looking for

  1. 3 or more years of experience in a sales or technical sales role.
  2. 2-3 years of sales experience is acceptable for candidates with demonstrated technical expertise.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  4. Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and interpret financial data
  6. Degree in architecture or engineering is a plus.
