Are you passionate about delivering world-class architectural solutions? We are looking for a Curtain Wall and Facade Projects Executive to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This role plays a vital part in driving business growth and client satisfaction within the construction, façade, aluminum, and glass industry.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Manage end-to-end sales and project acquisition for curtain wall, façade, glazing, and aluminum system projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure client specifications and timelines are met.

Conduct market research and identify new project opportunities within the construction sector.

Ensure all project and sales documentation are compliant with company and client requirements.

Strong background in construction, façade systems, and glazing solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Highly organized with technical knowledge of architectural aluminum and glass systems.

Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in reading architectural drawings and understanding technical specifications.

Adept in business development and project sales strategies.

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for façade and glazing projects.

Effective management of project pipelines from lead generation to closing.

High level of client retention and satisfaction.

Timely submission of proposals, quotations, and project reports.

Contribution to brand visibility and market expansion in the Visayas region.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

% of project bids won vs. submitted proposals

Monthly/Quarterly sales achievement rate

Number of qualified leads and new accounts developed

Client satisfaction score and repeat business ratio

On-time completion and turnover of awarded projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field (Interior Design graduates are welcome if with technical or project exposure).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the construction or façade industry.

Strong network among developers, contractors, and architects in the region.

Must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas and available to start immediately.
