Overview

Glass Lewis seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Billing Specialist. This person is responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoices, and maintaining financial records to support the organization's revenue cycle. The successful candidate has excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Reporting Structure: Reports to an Australian Based Manager

Location: Manila, Philippines

Attributes and Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and work independently in an open work environment
  • Proficient computer skills especially with MS Excel
  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable role.
  • Experience managing a high-volume billing process.
  • Highly proficient in enterprise software tools (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce preferred).
  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, hardworking, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and support process improvements.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the global billing process ensuring timely and accurate billing of invoices to customers.
  • Monitor of the systems integration between the accounting platform and sales platform.
  • Respond to any billing queries from customers including completion of customer vendor forms.
  • Work closely with the broader accounting and finance team, and sales team, to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation
  • Collaboration with Partners and sales team in reconciliation and billing of Partnership Revenue.
  • Apply policies, procedures, controls and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Assist with Month-End Close procedures and reporting as needed, including adhering to strict Close deadlines.
  • Assist with Year-end Audit procedure.
  • Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision.
  • All other duties as assigned.
