Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant & Copywriter to support our growing online operations. This role focuses on crafting engaging content and shaping the brand voice across e-commerce, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. You'll work closely with the Head of Design and Head of Digital Marketing to create persuasive copy and marketing assets that drive customer engagement and support ongoing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions, category copy, and blog posts.
  • Create engaging marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling email campaigns (EDMs) and social media posts.
  • Produce polished presentations and marketing assets for internal and external use.
  • Support content updates across the website to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven copywriting or content writing experience, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of marketing language and persuasive communication.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across product pages, blogs, social media, and email.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Klaviyo, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
