Marketing Assistant (US-based experience)

Job Summary:

Team Outsource, a staffing agency, is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to directly support the marketing team of a US construction company. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who can handle marketing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute email marketing campaignsthrough HubSpot CRM
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing campaigns
  • Oversee CRM management and maintain customer relationships
  • Initial cold calls and set appointments
  • Manage social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Nurture and follow up leads
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role for a US-based business is required.
  • Prior experience in Email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM management and to assist a one-man business owner.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is required.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative in addressing tasks and challenges.
  • Work-from-home or a remote set- up (2 year and up) experience required.

Job Type:

Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
