Type: Full-Time | Remote

Team Outsource is hiring a Marketing Assistant for one of our U.S.-based clients — a growing general contractor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and assisted living renovation projects. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can support ongoing marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and handle various marketing operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Marketing: Manage outreach campaigns, connection requests, and messaging flows for targeted B2B audiences.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute marketing newsletters, event campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data in Zoho or HubSpot to ensure smooth coordination between sales and marketing teams.
  • Content Coordination: Assist in preparing marketing decks, graphics, event flyers, and other creative materials that align with company branding.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track LinkedIn and email performance, analyze engagement data, and summarize campaign metrics in weekly reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing VA supporting U.S.-based clients (required).
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and CRM tools (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Need to have experience in calling clients (outbound calls).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
