HR/Admin Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Participate in end to end recruitment and on-boarding process
- Process ATM application for newly hired employees
- Handle disciplinary actions to employees
- Process government benefits such as HDMF/SSS Salary Loan Applications, Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement, Philhealth ER2 (H.O), SSS R1A (H.O), BIR applications (1902, 1905, 2305), and others.
- Handles and maintains all records of personnel information with regard to their Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth (PH), and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF / Pag-Ibig), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent
- With good decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
