DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Participate in end to end recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Process ATM application for newly hired employees
  • Handle disciplinary actions to employees
  • Process government benefits such as HDMF/SSS Salary Loan Applications, Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement, Philhealth ER2 (H.O), SSS R1A (H.O), BIR applications (1902, 1905, 2305), and others.
  • Handles and maintains all records of personnel information with regard to their Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth (PH), and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF / Pag-Ibig), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) documents

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent
  • With good decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
