About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support daily HR functions and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet, professional, and reliable
