Job Requirement:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any Related course
- With 1 to 2 years of working experience as HR and Admin Assistant
- Tech savvy and creative
- Must possess a dependable work attitude, with a high level of confidentiality in his/her undertakings
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the entire Corporate HR and Admin Department
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
- Serve as another reliable source of information for employees
- Maintain Office supplies
- Support with all company compliance with safety regulations, and other requirement relative to office admin practices
