Job Title: HR & Admin Associate
Office Location: Maybunga, Pasig
Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Associate is responsible for supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions. This role ensures efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, employee records management, and other administrative tasks, contributing to smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Functions:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Conduct background checking as part of the hiring process
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and track applicant status through the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements and proper orientation.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and absences
Administrative Functions:
- Manage the submission, filing, and safekeeping of HR and administrative documents.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative requests as needed.
- Support office operations
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and internal communications.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in HR and administrative work (internship experience acceptable).
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
