Job Summary
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources, payroll, and administrative functions to support smooth business operations. The role ensures proper implementation of HR policies, accurate payroll processing, efficient administrative support, and compliance with government regulations. This position works closely with management and other departments to maintain an organized, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Implement company HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate resolution when needed.
- Track attendance, leaves, and other personnel movements.
Payroll & Benefits
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure correct computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle statutory contributions and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee compensation data.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and support branch requirements.
- Manage and organize company records, documents, and permits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and government agencies.
- Support management in implementing company programs and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and admin-related roles.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office, spreadsheets, and basic HR tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Payroll Accuracy – Timely and error-free payroll processing.
- Compliance – On-time submission of government contributions and reports.
- Recruitment Efficiency – Time taken to fill open roles.
- Employee Records Management – Accuracy and completeness of HR files.
- Administrative Support – Smooth coordination of office operations and permits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
