B2B Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the business-to-business (B2B) market. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting product or service solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closing — primarily through phone, email, and online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research, outbound calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and business partners.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients based on their business needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for business clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in B2B or inside sales or institutional sales or BPO.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Office-based or hybrid setup (depending on company policy).
- Regular communication with local clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
