Assistant B2B Sales Head
The Assistant B2B Sales Head supports the B2B Sales Head in driving revenue growth, managing key corporate accounts, and leading the B2B sales team. This role ensures the development and execution of effective sales strategies, builds strong customer relationships, and contributes to achieving overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential client segments.
- Support in creating sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Manage key corporate accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Support negotiations and closing of large, strategic deals.
3. Team Leadership & Support
- Assist the Sales Head in overseeing and mentoring the B2B sales team.
- Provide guidance on sales techniques, client management, and lead conversions.
- Monitor team performance and support in implementing improvement plans.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B projects and client requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Support CRM management and ensure data accuracy.
5. Business Development
- Identify and explore partnerships, channels, and corporate collaborations that can expand the company's B2B network.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to build brand presence and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client management, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and support sales operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
