The Sales Executive / Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets across assigned industry segments — including Financial Institutions, Government, Education, SMEs, Food, Logistics & Transport, and Travel & Leisure.
This role focuses on lead generation, client presentations, proposal preparation, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new accounts in line with Traxion Tech's revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Execution and Lead Generation
- Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and cold calls across assigned industry segments.
 - Present Traxion Tech's fintech and digital payment solutions to potential clients.
 - Develop and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations customized per client need.
 - Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall segment revenue goals.
 
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
 - Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and after-sales support.
 - Address client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery, and manage escalations effectively.
 - Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions, preventing any conflict of interest.
 
3. Segment and Market Intelligence
- Maintain awareness of trends, opportunities, and competitive activities within assigned segments.
 - Provide feedback to management on client requirements, pricing trends, and market developments.
 - Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
 
4. Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with the Sales Lead and other departments (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless client engagement.
 - Submit regular activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the Sales Lead.
 - Participate in weekly sales meetings and reviews.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
 - At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, banking, IT, or digital solutions.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Strong client service orientation and results-driven mindset.
 - Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
 - Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork across regions.
