Job Description As an Enterprise Account Executive , you'll play a key role in expanding market reach and nurturing partnerships that drive enterprise success. From prospecting to deal closure, you'll identify business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help shape the global impact of digital mobility. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 2-5 years' proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, and upselling - ideally within a technical or service-driven environment Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead qualification, and client engagement within the Australian market (highly advantageous) Proven ability to deliver high-quality virtual or telephone sales presentations and convert opportunities into revenue Strong understanding of solution selling, negotiation, and consultative salesExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and professional settings Highly driven, energetic, and competitive, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Collaborative team player with strong coordination skills when working with internal departments and external partners Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing pipelines, follow-ups, and sales reporting Your Daily Tasks Generate and convert sales leads using internal systems and processes Prospect professionals and SMBs through cross-selling, cold calling, and contact references Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions while providing proactive support and product information Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand awareness Manage daily call activities to meet KPIs and achieve targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within CRM (Salesforce) for information quality Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance, reporting concerns promptly Collaborate with peers in Europe or the USA when needed to strengthen product knowledge Contribute to process improvements and participate in performance reviews Support initiatives that promote a safe, healthy, and hazard-free workplace About the Client Our client is a global leader in digital parking and mobility solutions, transforming the way cities operate through innovative technology .
