Partnership Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be the essential connector for all business matters related to your assigned accounts. This role empowers you with the autonomy to define your path and drive growth in both existing and new partnerships.
Collaborate with diverse internal teams in a dynamic and flexible environment, where your innovative ideas and strategic insights will make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between sales channels and internal teams at vidaXL.
 - Foster long-term partnerships, develop strategic sales plans, and regularly assess account health to identify new business opportunities.
 - Utilize data to identify sales growth opportunities, ensuring timely product launches and accurate representation across all channels.
 - Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Team Leader, demonstrating your analytical and strategic insights.
 - Work with the Publication and Integration teams to streamline product creation and communication between sales channels and technical departments.
 - Collaborate with operations and project management teams to meet targets and drive success.
 - Ensure performance targets for newly launched channels are met while proactively addressing challenges.
 - Assist the Team Leader in executing sales strategies that enhance brand awareness and strengthen vidaXL's e-commerce presence.
 
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a central contact for all departments, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a competitive, energetic mindset. They will have a strong understanding of current sales trends and technologies, with the analytical ability to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.
- Strong grasp of online sales improvement, including partnerships, traffic acquisition, sales conversion, content enhancement, A/B testing, and reporting.
 - Ability to prioritize tasks, outline actions, and allocate resources effectively.
 - Proactive in seeking opportunities for process, product, or service improvements.
 - Capable of making timely decisions and expressing opinions confidently.
 - Maintains an overview of projects, understanding both individual components and the overall context.
 - Achieves optimal outcomes in negotiations while maintaining amicable relationships.
 - Guides teams to foster collaboration and achieve goals.
