We are seeking a dedicated
Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of services, and driving growth within existing accounts.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Work:

  • Drive the growth of accounts by delivering standout service and building lasting, trust-based partnerships
  • Craft compelling project proposals and negotiate smartly to win new business and exceed client expectations
  • Lead all client communications with confidence—resolving challenges quickly and keeping satisfaction high
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable project execution
  • Keep client records sharp and up-to-date to support smarter decisions and stronger relationships
  • Develop detailed costings that strengthen client bids and fuel retention and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in account management, ideally within the events or creative industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with a keen eye for accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving abilities paired with a client-first mindset and a passion for delivering results
  • Familiarity with event planning processes and production coordination is a definite advantage
