Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to drive growth and manage relationships with key corporate clients. This role will be responsible for developing business strategies, building strong partnerships, and delivering performance results aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate accounts to drive business growth.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new partnerships.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, preferably in agency or distribution management.
- Proven track record in business development, account management, or corporate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial, organized, and results-driven.
- Confident in influencing stakeholders and driving performance initiatives.
