Admin/Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

Position: Admin/Bookkeeper

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: On-site

Start Date: ASAP / Urgent Hiring

Job Description:

  • Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform data entry, invoice processing, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor and track expenses, prepare financial reports and summaries
  • Assist with payroll processing and government contributions
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting roles
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of BIR compliance, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Preferably with experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field is an advantage
