Admin/Bookkeeper to join our growing team.
Position: Admin/Bookkeeper
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: On-site
Start Date: ASAP / Urgent Hiring
Job Description:
- Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist with payroll processing and government contributions
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting roles
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of BIR compliance, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Preferably with experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field is an advantage
