Administrative Assistant

Administrative assistant handles secretarial duties and daily administrative support for senior managers. They are responsible for managing letters, taking calls, setting up appointments, and organizing travel. They could also be needed for event planning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize filing systems (electronic and physical).
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
