Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and job requirements for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications based on company requirements and industry standards.
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to attract top talent.
Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments, as needed.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in all candidate interactions.
Offer Management:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage negotiations, as necessary.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks, such as background verification and references, are completed.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes and outcomes.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Create engaging content for social media and other platforms to attract candidates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing tools
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with standard working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or job fairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
