Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Property or Building Manager.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain correspondence, reports, and other essential records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of service requests and building activities.
  • Monitor office supplies, requisitions, and inventory to support building operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of billing summaries, purchase requests, and other financial documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient record retrieval and compliance with ISO documentation requirements.
  • Support the implementation of property management programs, including preventive maintenance schedules, tenant satisfaction initiatives, and administrative compliance.
  • Represent the department in a professional manner and uphold the Colliers brand of excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience; exposure to property or facilities management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to be assigned to any Colliers-managed property within Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
