Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Assist in the preparation and processing of timekeeping data.
- Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and loan applications.
- Support in the preparation of reports related to salaries, incentives, and allowances.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns.
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and endorse qualified applicants to hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing pre-employment requirements and orientation materials.
- Maintain an updated applicant database and recruitment reports.
General HR Support:
- Assist in handling employee relations concerns and other HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR information system records.
- Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to both Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
