JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant creates and manages talent sourcing through various channels such as social platforms, talent mapping, networking sites, and referral programs. He/she focuses on effectively finding suitable and qualified candidates for bankwide manpower requirements and aggressive endorsement of quality talents to Talent Assessment and Selection Department of the bank.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be Bachelor degree holder of Psychology and a Registered Psychometrician.
- With 6 months to one (1) year related work experience is preferred but not required.
- With knowledge in the recruitment process as well as direct sourcing and other talent acquisition strategies, preferably gained in a banking industry.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati Head Office.
