JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate people.
- Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions.
- Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
- Verifies candidate's background by contacting references.
- Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
- Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Progress reporting on documents status/maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Perform other related duties and activities as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Organized and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Willing to be assign in San Nicolas, Manila
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
