Job Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review of Contracts, Legal Opinions, Pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Handle litigation cases, including civil, criminal, tax, labor, and administrative cases.
  • Interview and prepare witnesses for court proceedings.
  • Conduct research and assist in gathering all relevant information to the assigned case.
  • Do corporate work, including transfers of property, corporate registration, and compliances.
  • Attend meetings with clients and possible negotiation with opposing counsels.
  • Proactively inform the Partners of any progress and development of cases.
  • Assist the Partners in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases.
