We are seeking for a Junior Accountant to give support to the financial department through managing daily accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements and reporting. Our ideal candidate must have great attention to detail, knowledge in different accounting principles, and must be comfortable with handling numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile actual marketing and sales expenses from source documents.
  • Update financial data in databases (Accounts Receivable and Payable) to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Encode initial data for budget input template.
  • Assist in updating cost monitoring spreadsheets and preparing audit trail documents.
  • Assist with other accounting works and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Business Accounting or other related courses.
  • Proven experience as a junior accountant.
  • Experience in FMCG is ideal but not required.
  • Has experience on inventory management (including inventory count process) and related process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge on MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
