About the role

Styrotech Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Account Manager (TRADE) to join our dynamic team . In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of account management strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing account management or sales role, preferably in the trade or industrial sector (public markets, mini groceries, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to driving customer satisfaction
