As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing bookkeeping, data entry and accounts support and services to other staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Assist with the document preparation for income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies.
  • Prepare/verify financial statements, ledgers and accounts and make corrections where appropriate.
  • Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Document management: request, receive, organize and maintain company documentation.
  • Perform other job-related functions as required by management.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in accounting
  • High level of proficiency in using software such as Xero
  • Meticulous and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral

Location:
Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, UK
(3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement:
Onsite
