At Tres Filipino Twists, is a growing restaurant brand (operating under Delicioso Fine Foods, Inc.) dedicated to delivering great food, great service, and memorable dining experiences. With multiple outlets and plans for expansion, we're looking for a Junior Finance and Accounting Manager to join our head office team and play a key role in managing the financial health of our operations.

The Role

As the Junior Finance and Accounting Manager, you'll support the Finance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for all restaurant branches. From financial reporting and cost control to supporting budgets and compliance, your work will help ensure our restaurants run profitably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing accurate monthly and annual financial reports for all branches
  • Monitor daily transactions including sales reports, vendor invoices, and petty cash
  • Support in outlet-level budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Analyze food cost, labor cost, and other key metrics to identify savings opportunities
  • Help manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing
  • Perform reconciliations (bank, supplier, POS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) and financial regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors and external partners for reporting and compliance
  • Supervise junior accounting team members and provide guidance on routine tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance; experience in the restaurant or retail sector is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or POS-integrated systems)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with inventory and cost control processes in restaurants is preferred
