Job Summary
The
Admin/HR Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and managing human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and general office management. The role ensures that company operations run smoothly and that HR processes comply with company standards and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources Management
- Supervise and execute the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring systems.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
- Prepare payroll data and coordinate with the accounting department for salary processing.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Conduct orientation, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the performance evaluation and appraisal process.
- Draft and implement HR policies, memos, and internal communication.
B. Administrative and Office Management
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations (supplies, facilities, utilities, and office maintenance).
- Manage office assets, inventory, and company vehicles (if applicable).
- Coordinate company permits, licenses, and renewals.
- Support management in procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, security, and cleanliness.
C. Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Act as liaison between management and employees for HR-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in HR and Administrative supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology, retail, or hospitality company is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Odoo, Omni HR System or any HR management systems is a plus.
- With experience handling payroll and government remittances.
Working Conditions
- Regular office schedule (
Monday to Saturday
or as required). - Occasional field work or travel for HR and administrative tasks.
