Full Job Description

  • Assist visitors, clients, employees, and top executives
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • HR Coordination
  • Receiving third party billings
  • Admin Coordination
  • Housekeeping/office repair coordination Security coordination
  • Basic security (enforce warehouse guidelines to entry/exit into/from warehouse, visual frisking)
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office –MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Computer Applications - Outlook, Google Sheet
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to be resourceful and pro-active when issues arise
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and appearance Job Requirement:
  • Preferably graduate of any 4-year course
  • Proven work experience as Receptionist is an advantage but not a requirment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
