JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in processing new worker requirements (e.g., personal data sheet, site orientation, medical appointments, requirements)
  • Maintain updated manpower lists
  • Oversee the daily attendance records up to approval of timesheets
  • Support timekeeping activities and coordinate with the payroll
  • File and organize HR-related documents such as contracts, DTRs, and clearances
  • Coordinate with site supervisors for worker deployment updates
  • Assist in handling basic employee concerns and inquiries
  • Support compliance with safety and labor requirements
  • Provide admin support to the HR Officer and Site Supervisors as needed

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least (1) year relevant experience
  • Experience in construction is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned at construction project sites
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and document handling
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication and people-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
