We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our growing team and gain meaningful experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our hiring processes and helping us find the right talent to drive our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms.
  • Help schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings across relevant job boards and social media channels.
  • Prepare and publish welcome banners and announcements for new hires.
  • Conduct employee onboarding sessions and guide new hires in familiarizing with the company.
  • Assist new hires in completing and submitting all required documents and requirements.
  • Maintain and update the hiring tracker consistently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 2 months
