Remote Recruiter with Fintech, Capital Market experience

We are seeking a Research Associate who will play a key role in candidate sourcing, outreach, and relationship management. This role is admin- and research-heavy at the start, with strong growth potential into a candidate-facing consultant role over time.

You will operate at the "front end" of our recruitment funnel—managing outreach, ensuring data quality, and spotting trends and market patterns that inform our strategy. Initially, all outreach will be conducted on behalf of the founders, with your messaging and campaigns going out through their inboxes. Over time, you may evolve into handling active candidate conversations directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and map target candidates within the global quant finance ecosystem.
• Manage, maintain, and enrich candidate data in our database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage with potential candidates (mid to senior-level professionals, not graduates).
• Track candidate responses and manage follow-up sequences (e.g., re-engagement at 6, 9, or 12 months).
• Book qualified candidates directly into founders' diaries or reintegrate them into long-term nurture campaigns.
• Analyze hiring trends, spot market patterns (e.g., talent flows between firms, new product launches), and deliver insights that can guide strategy.
• Conduct continuous market research, including reviewing financial registers, tracking moves of traders and quants, and monitoring global industry developments.
• Support candidate engagement through data-driven insights, ensuring quality over volume in outreach.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment research, candidate sourcing, or finance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment banking, hedge funds, or quant trading (not accounting/audit).
• Ability to grasp complex financial/technical concepts and translate them into actionable research.
• Analytical mindset—comfortable spotting trends, connecting dots, and turning raw data into insights.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, CRMs, and email automation platforms.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Excellent written communication skills; capable of drafting personalized outreach that resonates with senior professionals.
• Self-starter who thrives in an international, remote-first setup.

Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, risk management, or front-office finance roles.
• Prior experience recruiting or sourcing in quant/technology/finance markets.
• Exposure to global markets (US, UK, EU, APAC).

Hiring Process

• Initial Interview (with founders) – ~1 hour.
• Technical Task (take-home, up to 2 hours):

LinkedIn search exercise to assess sourcing approach.

Candidate tracking on provided spreadsheet.

Drafting personalized outreach messages.

• Final Discussion – review of task, Q&A, and cultural fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php76,000.00 per month
