Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter Head to join our virtual

staffing agency. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience,

preferably in the BPO industry, VA agencies, or other high-volume talent acquisition settings.

This role will also oversee and manage a recruitment team of three, ensuring smooth daily

operations and strong team performance. We are seeking someone who is committed to a

long-term opportunity and eager to grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing

candidates.

  • Source high-quality talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural

fit.

  • Match candidates to client requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a well-organized talent pipeline for active and future roles.

  • Client & Candidate Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand specific client needs and job descriptions.

  • Provide recruitment updates, hiring timelines, and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final hiring stage.

  • Process Management & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.

  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow company standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Background in BPO, VA agencies, or high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate skills and job fit.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and online sourcing platforms.
  • Self-driven with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
