About the role
E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES is currently seeking a talented Chat & Email Support - Non-Voice Account agent to join our dynamic team based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through real-time chat and email interactions. Whether assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, or resolving issues, your ability to communicate effectively and offer tailored solutions will be crucial to the success of this position.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers via real-time chat and email to address their questions, concerns, and needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide efficient and effective support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while providing a seamless customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using various software applications and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
