Customer Service Representative – Blended (Voice and Non-Voice Account)

The Customer Service Representative (Blended) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through both voice (phone) and non-voice (chat/email) channels. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability, attention to detail, and the capability to handle customer concerns, process requests, and provide accurate information across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Provide accurate and complete information by researching account details and company knowledge bases.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document all interactions and update customer records accurately within internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Adhere to performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and comply with company security policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least a High School, Senior High School, College level or College Graduate.
  • Experience: Prior BPO experience is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided).

  • Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficient computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Availability: Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Work Setup: Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang.
