DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops cost reduction strategies to improve efficiency without reducing quality.
  • Negotiates supplier contracts to secure the best prices and terms, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
  • Processes purchase and work orders in the company system to support procurement.
  • Monitors delivery at the designated location to confirm purchase completion.
  • Communicates with suppliers on specifications, costs, inspections, and related issues.
  • Evaluates contractor quotes technically to assess cost-efficiency and qualifications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field required for this position.
  • Must have good organizational, and customer management skills
  • Good verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be well-organized, practices effective time management and ability to handle complex, varied workload.
  • Must be able to work independently and able to adapt to constant work transitions
