About the role

AMHI' is seeking a talented Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Santa Ana, Manila City. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services to support the company's logistics operations. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring AMHI' maintains a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials to meet production demands.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and placing orders
  2. Analyse spend data and identify opportunities to optimise procurement strategies and reduce costs
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery
  4. Monitor supplier performance and quality, and implement corrective measures as needed
  5. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and reporting in line with company policies
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  2. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills to secure favourable commercial terms
  3. Proficiency in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
