JOB DESCRIPTION: TIMEKEEPER
Overview
The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording, monitoring, and validating employee attendance, work hours, overtime, and leave records. This role ensures proper documentation and supports payroll processing by providing complete and accurate timekeeping data.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily attendance, absences, overtime, and leaves of all employees.
- Ensure timesheets, biometrics, or manual time records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports.
- Validate attendance discrepancies and coordinate with supervisors for corrections.
- Assist Payroll in verifying work hours, OT claims, and attendance summaries.
- Maintain proper filing of timekeeping records, logs, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all timekeeping procedures comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping issues.
- Coordinate with HR regarding disciplinary actions related to attendance violations.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bonifacio Global City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
