Payroll Master

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Master to manage the end-to-end payroll process for our growing organization. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience both with Manual Payroll and Sprout Payroll, a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and statutory remittances while maintaining confidentiality and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements.
• Do manual payroll processing and eventually utilize Sprout Payroll for payroll processing, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Validate and reconcile attendance, timekeeping, and leave data with payroll reports.
• Ensure accurate computation of government contributions and taxes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Prepare and submit all statutory reports and remittances within required deadlines.
• Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, discrepancies, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll budgets, audits, and employee compensation matters.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of solid experience in payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Sprout Payroll (mandatory).
• In-depth understanding of Philippine payroll processes, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong numerical/analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in handling data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
