We are urgently hiring an HR Field Coordinator / HR Generalist who will handle all HR-related functions at the project site — from mass recruitment and employee relations to labor compliance and coordination with head office HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mass recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers for project sites.
  • Manage on-site HR operations including attendance, discipline, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process employment documents, contracts, and clearances.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, NLRC, etc.) for compliance.
  • Assist in payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes.
  • Perform field works for site coordination and manpower monitoring as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  2. With at least 1–3 years of HR experience.
  3. Experience in the construction industry is a must.
  4. Experience in mass recruitment is required.
  5. Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code and DOLE procedures.
  6. Can do field works for site coordination
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Preferably not employed and can start ASAP.
