Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Manager, based in Mandaluyong. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment by managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, addressing performance management matters, and supporting organizational development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law compliance
  • Skills in Performance Management and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in organizational development and managing change
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus
