About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Management Director to join our dynamic team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the overall facilities management operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to support the organisation's objectives
  • Manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure the smooth running of multiple site operations
  • Oversee the procurement and management of service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Monitor and report on the performance of facilities management services, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities management with the wider business goals
  • Ensure facilities-related risks are identified, assessed and mitigated effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of facilities operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years' proven experience in facilities management, ideally within the real estate and property sector
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations and procurement processes
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, and sustainability best practices
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficient in the use of facilities management software and data analysis tools
