  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, conduct background checks, and facilitate new hire orientations and deployment.
  • Training & Development: Monitor training schedules, ensure timely execution, and conduct basic HR orientations as needed.
  • Performance Management: Track performance review schedules and provide administrative support in gathering and documenting evaluation results.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee timekeeping and attendance systems, coordinate with payroll, manage benefits enrollment, and handle employee queries.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and support company events and engagement activities, both virtual and onsite.
  • Contract Administration: Draft, update, and manage employee contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with internal policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
