HR & ADMIN OFFICER
Location: Iloilo City | On-site | Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to support our department's daily operations and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare arrangements for company's operation and activity.
- In-charge of record keeping, reconciling and updating of HR and organizational documents
- Undertake administration of contract forms.
- In-charge with employee records management and clients contact information.
- In-charge of Recruitment coordination.
- In-charge of supply and facility monitoring.
- Implement and improve all the necessary policies related to human resource.
- Assist the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Trustworthy, proactive, and a team player
- Can communicate well in English and Filipino
