Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
• Execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to drive international growth for iOutStaff's customers.
• Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for potential clients globally, identifying key decision makers within SaaS and software companies.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with leads and clients, engaging with them through meetings, calls, and conferences to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create impactful proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to present to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently to drive business success.
Qualifications
:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
• A University/College degree is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Comfort in working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is a plus.
