About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations. This role requires a strong background in employee relations, labor law compliance, and government regulations, with a proven track record of supporting a dynamic and fast-paced industry such as iGaming, BPO, or technology. The HR Manager will be the key point of contact for local employees, management, and government agencies, ensuring that HR policies and practices align with both company objectives and Philippine labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.

  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Implement employee engagement programs tailored to the iGaming workforce.
  • Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and other relevant employment laws.

  • Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, PEZA, etc.) for compliance, reporting, and audits.
  • Draft, review, and update company HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
  • HR Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth in the iGaming sector.
  • Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.

  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and experience in handling government compliance.
  • Proven strength in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in the iGaming, BPO, or tech industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
